1. Shipping Overview
At The Wellness Culture, we provide structured wellness programs designed to support your health and performance goals. Below is our shipping policy for digital and physical program materials.
We do not sell or ship prescription medications.
All purchases are for structured wellness programs only.
2. Processing & Fulfillment
Digital Programs: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your program materials via email or through your customer portal.
Physical Program Materials (if applicable): Orders typically process within 1-3 business days before shipping.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery of physical program materials. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) – Subject to Availability
Note: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and selected shipping speed.
Orders over $200 may qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.
Order status updates are also available in your customer portal.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are unable to modify an order once it has been shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
The Wellness Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist with the following:
Lost Shipments: If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
Tip: We recommend selecting a secure delivery address or using a P.O. Box if package theft is a concern.
8. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of the damaged package and item.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Returns & Refunds
All program purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on digital programs.
Physical materials (if applicable) may be replaced if they are damaged upon arrival.
