1. What are the products offered by The Wellness Culture intended for?
All products sold by The Wellness Culture are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, not for therapeutic use, and not approved for use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are a qualified individual or institution equipped to handle these compounds safely and lawfully.
2. Are your products approved by the FDA?
No. None of the products sold by The Wellness Culture are evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not be interpreted or marketed as such.
3. Can I use your products for self-experimentation or personal supplementation?
Absolutely not. All products are strictly for research and development use only. They are not intended for human or animal use of any kind. Use outside of a controlled, qualified research environment is prohibited.
4. Do I need to be a licensed professional or research institution to order?
By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are either:
A licensed researcher
A laboratory or institution engaged in scientific study
An individual with documented qualifications and intent to use the product strictly for research purposes
We reserve the right to request proof of qualifications and to cancel any order at our discretion.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods through trusted third-party processors. For your protection, we do not store or directly handle any payment card information.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local import laws and regulations. The Wellness Culture is not responsible for shipments delayed, held, or seized by customs. We encourage international buyers to verify their country’s rules before placing an order.
7. How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information.
8. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion and only in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or proven to be defective. Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing support@thewellnessculture.com
9. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes, COAs are available upon request for most products. These documents confirm the purity and composition of the materials based on third-party lab testing. Please note: COAs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical claims or approvals.
10. Can I ask for dosing instructions or advice on how to use these products?
No. We do not provide any dosing, application, or usage advice. Providing such information would violate regulatory guidelines. All materials are supplied for use by professionals who understand proper research protocols.
11. What happens if I misuse the product or ignore the research-only disclaimer?
The Wellness Culture disclaims all liability for improper use of its products. You assume full legal responsibility for how materials are handled, stored, and used after delivery. Purchasing from us implies agreement to our Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment of the risks associated with misuse.
