Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our research-use-only materials, all sales are final. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, sterility, and compliance of our product inventory.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances. However, in the rare event of a verified issue (e.g., incorrect product received or product damaged in transit), a limited refund or replacement may be considered at our sole discretion under the following conditions:
The product must remain sealed, unopened, and unused.
You must notify our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Requests must be accompanied by photo documentation of the issue.
The Wellness Culture reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet these criteria.
We do not accept returns due to:
Buyer’s change of mind
Improper storage or handling after delivery
Claims submitted outside the 7-day window
Opened or tampered packaging
2. How to Submit a Request
To request a return review, email us at support@the-wellness-culture.com with:
Your full name and order number
A clear explanation of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging as received
We will evaluate your case and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable and insured method for any authorized return.
We are not liable for returned products lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after product inspection.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only to verified addresses within the United States. We do not support international orders at this time.
6. Fulfillment Timeline
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
7. Responsibility After Shipment
Once an order has been marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier:
Customers must contact the carrier to initiate a claim.
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for review.
8. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 60 minutes of placement.
After this window, or once the order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
9.Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from The Wellness Culture, you acknowledge:
All products are for research purposes only, not for human or animal use.
You assume full legal responsibility for their storage, handling, and use.
The Wellness Culture shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper application, or consequences arising from unauthorized use.
